All invoices and payments are handled through our official, secured payment links (e.g., Stripe or PayPal), never to an individual's personal account.
We will never demand urgent payment, threaten you, or ask for remote access to your devices.
Be cautious if you receive a message that does any of the following.
Messages that push you to act now (“act now,” “your account will be closed”).
Requests for payment via gift cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer to a personal account.
A misspelling of closerflow.co, or a different extension such as .com or .net.
Anyone asking for your password, banking login, or a one-time verification code.
Guaranteed results, unsolicited “jobs,” or refunds that require an up-front “processing fee.”
Attachments or links you did not request, arriving out of the blue.
A few habits keep you a step ahead of anyone trying to impersonate us.
Check that the email domain is exactly @closerflow.co.
We will never ask for your password or a one-time code.
Verify them through our official channels before sending any money.
Avoid suspicious links and unexpected attachments.
Enable two-factor authentication on your important accounts.
Legitimate requests can wait for you to verify them.
